What is Yobow’s Return Policy?
We stand by our products with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee - if you are not satisfied with your Yobow purchase for any reason, simply return the product with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt in accordance with this Return Policy. If you purchase the product directly from Yobow, then you may return the product within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund based upon the original payment method. Any returns after this period will not be accepted. Once we receive your qualifying return and approve your refund, your refund will be credited to the original form of payment. In addition, please note the following:
- Exact return addresses will be provided by our Customer Experience Team during the return process.
- Personalized items and items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Products can be returned only in the country or region in which they were originally purchased.
- Yobow branded products purchased through other retailers must be returned directly to them in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy. Items which are damaged or defective may be returned pursuant to Yobow’s Limited Warranty.
- We do not currently accept returns of in-store purchases online.
All returns are subject to validation and approval at Yobow’s discretion. If there is a discrepancy between the return policy and procedures printed on the original packing slip and the information provided above, the information provided above governs the return of your Yobow purchase.
